Acrobatic pizza

Teambilding "Pizza Acrobatica", a fun event with the opportunity to taste the real Italian pizza prepared with your own hands.

In our location "la Carovana", inside a garden among centuries-old olive trees and archaeological remains of ancient Rome, a group of 120 people from various countries around the world, gathered to try their hand at making and tasting Pizza.

Welcomed by a traditional local aperitif, the participants met one of the Italian champions of acrobatic pizza, the famous "Campione" who involved them in a show of flying pizzas with acrobatics and games. At the end of the show the fun continued with the preparation of the dough, the rolling out and the topping of their own pizza. Supported by professional pizza chefs, the participants learned the secrets of good preparation up to the moment of cooking in the wood-fired oven.

The evening continued with laughter, chatter, music and an open bar. Before saying goodbye, the participants received an apron and a perfect pizza chef hat.
