ACROBATIC PIZZA is a Team Building activity that allows you to discover the true Italian pizza and the most flavorful doughs. Challenge yourself in a culinary test, dealing with yeast, flour, water and all the most genuine ingredients necessary for the preparation of Italian dishes. We provide the specialized chefs, you provide the labor and the desire to learn while having fun as a team, all accompanied by good traditional music. Food and tradition for a completely Made in Italy activity.

ACROBATIC PIZZA involves the presence of acrobatic pizzaiolos who, in addition to organizing a real show, show the participants the acrobatics that a true pizzaiolo is capable of!

PROGRAM "ACROBATIC PIZZA"
ACROBATIC PIZZA is the Team Building activity with the right mix of Italian culinary and musical tradition: food, entertainment and sharing are the secret ingredients of this activity.
Upon arrival at the location, the group is welcomed by a professional chef and musicians (upon request) who liven up the evening with traditional, Italian and Roman music. The participants are divided into teams and receive everything they need to create their own creations. The chef then reveals the secrets of traditional Italian pizza and the participants, with oil, yeast, water, flour and elbow grease, prepare individual and shared pizzas. At the end of the preparation, the most creative pizza is rewarded and then... finally relaxation! Enjoy the cheerful atmosphere created by artists and location, savoring the dinner made with your own hands, together with the rest of the team.
