DINNER IN THE DARK - themed evening
The location must be agreed upon together, depending on the number of participants and the time available.
DESCRIPTION
The event begins with an aperitif served in a dimly lit environment, introducing participants to the atmosphere of the evening. The floor assistants take care of the welcome, greeting the participants and answering any curiosity they may have about the event's proceedings. Guests are asked to turn off their mobile phones and set aside any possible light sources (watches, phones, etc.) to allow for total darkness.
Once the aperitif and welcome are over, guests are escorted into the darkened room through a passageway, welcomed by visually impaired staff who guide them to their respective tables.
Throughout the evening, guests can count on the discreet and reassuring presence of the floor staff, who explain to them how to recognize objects on the table and provide useful suggestions to fully enjoy this experience. At any time and for any need (toilet, cigarette, etc.), guests can leave the room upon request to the staff.
If any guest feels discomfort related to the darkness, they will have the option to continue dinner in a normally lit room.
During the course of the evening, with the aid of animation, the senses are stimulated to recognize smells, objects, sounds, and especially tastes. The typical menu and a carefully designed sensory journey will serve as aids to surprise and present exquisite and unusual combinations.
At the end of dinner, upon exiting the room, guests will be greeted by the Floor Assistants and will also have a “visual” acquaintance with the staff who took care of them at the tables. The dishes that were served will also be presented and revealed.
